My name is Lee Bellemare, I started towing 32 years ago and it has been my passion since day 1.  I was born and raised in New Hampshire, Attended College in Bethesda Maryland and lived in Jacksonville Florida for 6 years before moving to Boise, Idaho in 2010.  I have been involved in the NHTA and the SSTA.  I worked as the NH State Fleet Manager for AAA of Northern New England and worked with Dave Lambert to create and author the AAA Towing Manual for Tow Operators as well as the Prescribed Response towing manual for safety. I've been certified through Wreckmaster, the TRAA and the North American Towing Academy.  I co-founded a NH Non profit called Towpros of New England which was geared toward training operators in, professionaiism, strategies to de-escalate impound towing, Impact and industry image and strategies to curb negative impact and stigma on our industry.  My wife Sheryl and I founded the Idaho Towing Association in 2018 and I served as President from 2018-2022. I was Elected as the State Director for Idaho within the TRAA in 2019 and re-elected and honored to serve through the 2022-2024 term. As Secretary and Ethics Director of the ITA, I will strive to continue to bring value and principle to Idaho and be a part of a team dedicated to increasing the viability, image and value of our industry within our beautiful state.
